The subconscious is fascinating!
I was always a curious person; the type who took books on Taoism to summer camp as a kid. That curiosity and love for teachings about life’s big questions only grew over the years. In 2004 I completed a year-long shamanic training, expecting only to utilize the practice as a personal spiritual path. - Little did know what Spirit had in store for me!
When introduced to hypnosis, I was fascinated. Hypnosis gave me new tools to guide individuals to explore and empower their own healing. Yet, the trance state was familiar! As a Shamanic Practitioner for well over 15 years when I discovered hypnosis, it was clear from the start where these healing modalities overlapped.
Utilizing my own spiritual guidance, I started Life Path Healing in 2019 and have been proud to watch my clients grow and improve ever since.
My unique combination of modalities works with individuals who want to create lasting change in their life. That may involve locating and healing a wounded child aspect, soul retrieval, energy clearing, deep shadow work, clinical hypnosis, or building a confident and empowered connection to inner strength.
As founder of the HypnoShamanic Healing process, I brings intuition and shamanic healing into my sessions for powerful spiritual and emotional healing that goes deeper than anything you’ve experienced before!
Each client is unique and so is my practice. Through a deep intake process, coaching, and collaboration, I feel privileged to co-facilitate a particular process that addresses each client’s unique needs.

Like many on the spiritual path, my journey began with a deep curiosity about life’s unseen layers and a longing to understand the connection between consciousness, healing, and purpose. My own spiritual awakening opened the door to profound inner transformation and revealed a calling to support others in reconnecting with their inner wisdom.
My work with Life Path Healing began through my own healing journey with the founder, Nicole. Shamanic training deepened my awakening and intuitive gifts. That experience ignited a passion for combining intuition, hypnosis techniques, and spiritual practices to help others gain clarity, insight, alignment with their life's path, and profound healing.
I’m a certified Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) practitioner. My sessions incorporate hypnosis, guided visualization, and consciousness-based exploration. I also offer past life regression sessions and life path numerology readings, where I review a client’s numerology chart — including their life path, expression, and karmic numbers — and intuitively explore how these themes may be showing up in their life. These sessions support self-reflection, insight, and a deeper understanding of your personal journey.
My approach is intuitive and collaborative, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore life patterns, connect with higher awareness, and access their own inner guidance. I believe healing is not something done to us, but something that unfolds within us. Each session is unique and co-created, honoring the client’s lived experience and inner knowing.
